Shady record keeping
My devices went missing in September and I still dont have an ITC number. After many follow ups and trips to the Cell C stores, I was eventually given an ITC mid-October which was already used for another device. I then used this number for my case at the police station and submitted to my insurer who have come back to say that I've submitted incorrect information. When I get back to Cell C about this, I'm told they actually have NO RECORD of my device! So I'm just given any old ITC number and seem ************* to my insurer?! Please can I get assistance on this today
