Shady and Digusting service

My upgrade was processed more than 3 weeks ago. i was promised that i will have my phone within the week. I had to follow up and i was passed around 4 people before i got through to Molatelo Leje. promised me that her manager would call me to resolve my issue. nothing done. today I call i am advised the order for my phone was cancelled nobody has contacted me to tell me what is outstanding . and when i asked the lady i was speaking to today she dropped me .
