I swopped over from autopage to cell c direct taking a contract for a z10 @ R179 which was meant to include the bbm lite plan (500mb data). Since taking out the contract in May 2014, I have not received the data. Initially when I called the call centre I was told the data only applies to social networks and my data gets used as the z10s automatically use data each day.I left it at that. Following a hijacking, my phone was ******, and I went out and took out another contract with cell c just so that I could get a blackberry smartphone so that I could use the benefits of this contract. However now when I really think about it, it doesn't make sense. I have been purchasing data every month. It seems bbm and whatsapp uses the data I purchase, so what exactly is that BBM lite plan. It appears to just be a gimic for the consultants to make a quick sale and sell you a contract. I really would like to have a clear idea of what exactly that BBM plan is all about
