Sh#t service from Cell c

<p>I have 2 existing contracts from this **** poor network provider, on the 31 may i ordered a Lg gpad on a 5gb data contract through Mango it was aproved on 2 june and delivered on the 3rd of june. I was happy with the deal so on the 11 june i phoned 084145 and ordered another EXACT SAME tablet deal and spoke to a Calvin guy from cellc. I repeatedly asked him with my 2 existing contracts and the fact that i got a new contract the previous week if i would qualify for a 3rd? He did a check and said yes i do so i placed the order and according to him it would be delivered in a few days.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well on the 14th of june RAM delivered just sim and no device. So i phoned them up and asked on their twitter page if its normal to get only a sim card and not the device at the same time, they informed me they would phone me and clear it up. I decided to put this sim card in my phone to see what was on it and to my surprise there was only 285mbs of data on it???? I phoned back and asked what was going pn and was told its pro-rata... ***? I said to the guy if its prorata i should have 2.5 Gbs as its a flipping 5 Gb contract... Of course he argued with me so i hung up. Then on Youth day on the 16th i got a call from a lady who was clearly not at the office stating that the tablet was not released the same time as the sim card but she did release it and i will receive it on the following Monday, then i asked about the sim that had the wrong data on it. So she said that they made a mistake and gave me the wrong contract of a 500mb sim only contract. *** how does that happen? Anyway i was informed by her to throw that sim card away. And she corrected my order and i would receive it between monday and wednesday this week.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well on monday still havnt received a sms saying i would get it. So phoned for the 100th time and was even told they were out of stock for Lg tablet and they eventually got the original guy whom i ordered it from to talk to me... The famously under trained Calvin. Who argued that i didnt order a Lg and infact ordered a huawei tab. Well thats why they record coversations so go listen to part where i said i want the EXACT SAME LG I GOT A WEEK BEFORE!!! So again i got told sorry for the mistakes etc. Promissed it would be delivered this week no exception. So today is thursday and i thought let me follow up as cellc is to lazy to let their clients know whats going on. Guess what Calvin told me?? "Sir didnt you receive an sms on monday, you not going to get it as you can not get two new contracts within 3 months" *** calvin???? thought he checked when i phoned to order the first time???</p> <p> </p> <p>Very convenient as they took so long the special is over now. This bs as i ordered it while the special was still on. Not goingvto leave this here ive got all the prove that you guys made a stuff up and *****ed me out of this deal... A paying existing customer.</p>
