several complaints still no feedback

I have logged so many technical compliants with cell v<br> C. Today is just over a month after my several complaint. To date they still have not called me with a resolution to my network problem i have had since getting my contract for my tablet from them. I demand this contract being cancelled with all my monies refunded. If this does not happen i will go into bank and reverse payments my self and go to court for this. I am paying close to R500 pm with absolutely no service.
