Seven days with no connectivity because of Cell C Non roaming data bundle

I purchased a 10GB 365days data bundle for R599 last Friday morning from Cell C online at https://www.cellc.co.za/cellc/get-databundles. It did not work all day even though the balance enquiry says 10GB remaining. I purchased a R30 top-up that evening and that worked fine until it ran out. Sunday I spent about an hour in the Cell C store while they reloaded my settings over and over again. They put my sim card into their store phone and it still would not use the data bundle. They were unable to change the bundle and said only Cell C Online can help me.

I sent an email to *** explain asking them to fix the data bundle and got case number ***. I phoned 135 on Monday but no one could help with a non roaming data bundle and all they could do was send me the internet settings over and over again. When I asked what was happening with case number *** I was told it was closed with no reply or resolution.

On Tuesday morning I called 135 and finally got through to a team leader who sort of understood that sending me the internet settings over and over again was not going to solve my problem. They then escalated the issue to the technical team and said it would be resolved within 48 hours. Case number *** is still pending 72 hours later. I purchased another 40MB data bundle to check that my internet settings still work and that data bundle worked fine.

I have wasted hours talking to Cell C staff and no one can help me with this unusable 10GB non roaming data bundle. All I want is for them to change it to a 10GB roaming data bundle or refund me so I can purchase a different data bundle.

Why does Cell C Online still sell the 10GB 365 days data bundle "CELLC_National_CPRS_Subaccount Non Roaming" that is Non Roaming when their staff clain Cell C no longer have their own towers and use Vodacoms towers for data connectivity so I need to use a Roaming data bundle.
