Seven days ago I blocked laptop but no ITC number yet
On Friday, 13 December 2019 evening, I phoned CellC 084135 to block a sim card and laptop. I was told to phone the insurance department in the morning. I phoned CellC C insurance on Saturday, 14 December 2019 and they promised to email me the ITC number once the ****** laptop is blocked. It's now Friday, 20 December and the laptop is still not blocked nor has CellC sent me an ITC number. Meaning I cannot claim from insurance without the number. I phone customer service daily and get told to keep waiting. How long does it take to block a laptop and SMS me the ITC number?
