Settlement - Proof of Payment

November 2014, I called and asked for a settlement amount as I have lost the phone and wasn't using the number anymore. I was given the amount and instructed to fax the proof of payment to 084 14 329 which I did on the 02/12/2014. I haven't heard from Cell C since then and only April 2015 they deducted R118 from my bank and I just reversed the amount. Received a call from them wanting to know why and I told them the story, she asked me to email the proof of payment and I did. End of May again they deducted R228 this time and I reversed this again and re-send the proof of payment. Reference numbers received: ***, ***, no other response after that.<br> I am now getting irritated with them as I'm getting huge bank charges.
