Settlement of Account /Paid up letter not sent 8months later.

I am writing this with so much hurt and disappointment. after months of calling and logging a request for a paid up letter Nothing has been done. I finished paying my contract In May 2019 after that R150 was being deducted from my account. I called in July to cancel that R150 which I was told was for Data I then Cell C to STOP deducting it. In October 2019 I called again requesting a statement and It was confirmed my account was paid up.

April 2020 I asked for paid up letter to no avail. Level one Lockdown I started calling asking/begging and crying for aid up letter I need this because I am in a process of buying my first property and an amount of R150 that now months after settling my account pops up to say I owe Cell C when doing credit checks. My deadline to submit this is tomorrow Friday 11th. This morning 09 I drove to cell C head offices in Midrand but noone was available to assist Me.the building is pretty much a Ghost town and I am advised by security to call the very call center that I have been calling every day for the past week and being Promised a Paid up letter will be sent in the next 12 hours. I then drove to their Store at Protea Glen and it was confirmed that my account is paid up. It's two weeks now and nothing has been done. I need help ASAP. My ID is ***. Contract number is ***.
