Settlement letters with cellc
Need a settlement letter urgently and no one in the call center can assist me The agents are even dropping the calls a few times not to deal with the query and then you have to wait again to get a hold of different departments only to find out that they can't assist you either.

30 Nov 2021, 11:33Hi. It's been over 48 hours and I have still not received my settlement letters. The consultant on Saturday morning that I would have by today. The request was originally logged on Friday morning.
