Settlement letter required
My husband passed away during June 2015. He took out a contract with Cell C as well as insurance. I phoned a few times to get a settlement letter as I need to submit it together with the claim form. They promised a few times that somebody will call me back. Nothing happened, than I had to call again, without any luck. I can't believe I had to struggle to get an account settled. My husband.
