Settlement letter dispute with Cell C
Cell C being unable to provide us with a settlement letter for an account that was paid off last year(2022). The account was handed over to attorneys and it was fully paid , we even received a settlement letter for the attorneys but not from Cell C. I wrote more than 5 emails, made more than 10 calls but no assistance, the whole issue is affecting me and my family as I am unable to get vehicle finance pending the cell c settlement letter. *** Escalation ***
