settlement letter

i made a complaint with you guys, i received a call from Sharon saying the investigated and they are done. she even told me the account is closed an that a settlement letter has been emailed. we confirmed everything... i still havent received that settlement letter and is a week now, cell c is the worst service provider ever... if u want ur credit record and name be ruined just take cover with cell c
