Settlement letter

Hi Hi I had an account with cell c and it was handed over to SSDA and it was settled 6 months back,and I haven’t received a settlement letter,they’ve been sending me from pillar to post and what hurts me the most is that my credit report shows I’m still owing them,

Please advise.

On Friday I spoke to the lady there asking for an update ,she said she is waiting for a settlement letter from you guys,saying nobody is replying from your side,a month back,you sent back the debt again saying that it was not paid only to find out you sent the same account again that was settled,so now I’m confused coz the only people I can reach is SSDA But not you guys.
