Settlement letter and ICT update

We took a cell phone on CELL C in 2020 could not pay for it but 2022 November they sent us a message for us to resume our payments and to note that they have handed us over so we have to pay through them ,then they say they have given us a discount, hearing of that we quickly settled that account they then told us we have to wait 21 days before we get a settlement letter so we waited for the 21 days we called again they said no we have to wait 41 days then they will give it to us ,we are now on 60 days our clear score said we are in arrears of that money we have been discounted for and they are taking us back and forth on who should give us the settlement letter they have been telling us after 2 days after 2 days same story everyday,we need help as soon as possible our credit score is f***

SSDA HAS ALREADY SENT YOU A STATEMENT THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS SETTLEMENT A LONG TIME AGO,EVEN ON SATURDAY 28 JANUARY 2023.PLASE FOLLOW IN WITH THEM,I WILL CALL EVERYDAY UNTIL YOU GUYS DO THE WRIGHT THING

As per our records SSDA has been advised of the current outstanding amount and we are awaiting feedback from SSDA.

What amount because we were given a discount in November hence we paid it up,SSDA Has sent you the statements an when they ask you about it you said you are aware of it and you will update so that the settlement letter can be provided,SSDA also said you will give them a clearance certificate so that we can be able to take a loan,we are desperate that is why we have been following up with you but you never get back,we are at the verge of losing everything we have our 3 children are suffering because we are unable to take a loan to pay their school fees,this is a cry for help from us please please we are begging you to help us🙏😭

Cell c has the worst service ever, I've been requesting for the paid letter since January 1 January 2023 even today I called them told stories, if they don't want to help me who is going to help, pls assist

A paid letter does not take weeks, it was better off not paying because now you are it has affected my credit profile its like I have not pay while I have settle the account

Credi record destroyers I have paid up my Cell c account in full nothing was updated on my credit profile it says I'm still owing and also I have been requesting for a paid up letter since last year, the only thing they say is that our team are working on it im feed up.. Cell c has the bad service ever

67 days and you guys don't want to take a fone and call SSDA and tell them to send the proof that we have paid there after you check that it has been send after that you issue a letter of settlement then send update of payment to ITC I doubt it even take 3 hours... But now we have to beg you, SSDA has already said they are waiting for you guys they have already sent everything but you guys want to make SSDA the bad guys, not only are ruining the CELL C company but SSDA is going down with you, its not fair

You guys are playing me when i call SSDA to send me a paid up letter they say they are waiting for feedback from cell c, when i call cell c they say they are waiting for feedback from SSDA, im confused who is suppose to send me a paid up letter
