Settlement letter and cancellation of contract
I settled the account in October while i am waiting for the proof of this, they send me a statement with the amount I owe them. I made it clear that I no longer need this service and sent proof on the email provided when they called. Is someone just taking a chance on me, or what is this exactly? I am so confused😌

On the 8 October i requested to cancel my contract with cell c, everything and today only today they call me to say they can’t cancel after i paid the money i owed as appear on the statement. The reason being they waited the whole month and sent me a contract for November when i made it clear i wanted to cancel. Can I just get help with this. I do not want anything to do with cell c

Still very unhappy with Cell c service and they are still charging me after i paid all the money due. I see an interest of R3700 thar i do not know where it comes from and an amount of R5000 that cell c says must be paid by me in December. I want to make it clear that I do not owe cell c and they have failed to send the recording of myself and one of the employees where we agreed on this before i settled the amount in October and I went ahead to settle, shortly after that they/ infact someone else came to say I am owing. I do not understand the game they are trying to play with me and I am loosing all the little respect i had and would never ever recommend their service to anyone i know even strangers. Its December and i need to be enjoying my time and not worry about this but they are here to make it difficult for me.
