Settlement Letter
Today is really not my day. I called the call centre and my call gets dropped. This happened whole day. When I finally get through than the person is so clueless. All I want is a settlement letter to settle my cell c account. Can someone who knows what they are doing please assist me. All I need is a settlement letter to settle my account

16 Oct 2017, 11:56And no luck. When i phone my call gets cut or i have to wait for hours before someone helps me. Someone called me Saturday to say they will forward it first thing Monday morning. Well it is 12:00 already and nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
