Settlement letter

I have a contract with Cell C that is overdue... I tried going to the shop and they told me to call the call center. I did that and was told to send an email and have not yet received feedback.

All I need is a settlement letter to settle the account please.

I sent an email since last week to debtreview email, customer service and queries email address.

Please please help me
