Settlement

My name is Porcia, I had a contract with Cell C. I resigned from my job in September 2015 due to personal reasons. I was still owing Cell c at the time. I took it upon myself to call Cell C and explain the situation at the time. They were not willing to assist me with the response dt I was not dismissed I decided to <br> <br> resign so its not their problem. I made an arrangement that I will pay the settlement amount when I receive my provident fund. They wouldn't budge so I paid for Oct after they threatened to close my line. In November 2015 when my provident fund finally came through. I called them again and requested that they give me the settlement amount. Unfortunately I ddnt take the name of the agent that was assisting me. She gave me the value and I transferred it all to them. In December 2015, a debit order from Cell C comes up n it bounces coz I had took out all my money from that acc. I was mad! I called them and ask them about it and the response I got was that they forgot to add the amount. I mean really? Whos fault is it. On Monday I got a call that Cell C has handed me over. Iam furious and no longer want to speak to any agent. I wana speak to the manager or owner.MAD!!
