settled and cancelled my contract but debited

Logged a query on the 21/08 for an amount of r911 debited from my account for a contract *** I settled and cancelled in July ref ***. To this day no one has phoned me to apologise and give me proper feedback on this query its a week later now still waiting for my money. Phoned the callcenter many times including today and was told the feedback on the system is Not clear they will request someone to contact me. All I need now is my refund back in my account tommorow because I do Not owe cell c a cent. *** is my number which I also gave them in the email I sent customer service.
