Settled Amount Not Updated On Credit Bureau

I recently checked my credit score with Credit Bureau and to my suprise and account I settled in January 2018 is still affecting my credit score or appearing as if I am still owing Cell C. I am highly dissatified with this as to how does a payment clear after an entire year. Please rectify this as I am now affected for something I fully paid for. This is just incompentency for me to suffer the consequences of you guy's not have correct processes or channels to look into such cases, when a consumer has paid to ensure you clear them of your systems for being a non payer or settling the due amounts.
