Settled Accounts still billing. (Overdue and handed over)

I have 3 contracts with CellC of which i paid R3860 to settle all of them in July 2017 by EFT. However after i have made the payment I called CellC to check if the contracts were cancelled and closed, it then that i was told that they have not been settled they just allocated the monthly amount to each one of them, I then requested them to settle and close 2 of the contracts that are linked to phones and leave the Wifi contract open. with the information that i got today there is only one contract that is closed but even though its closed I'm still overdue on that contract and I received a call from attorneys because the account was handed over, and the 2 others that are still not closed or cancelled according to my initial request. I was on the phone with divisions of cell c today from 10-11:58am noone seems to be able to assist my request. At the time when i made the payment R3860 that was the summed total amount to settle all 3 contracts. Please help CellC seems to be milking money out me.
