settled account still reflecting as unpaid

Good day I settled my cell c account with NDS last year but it is still reflecting as unpaid.someone called e last year he promised that he sent my documents to be sorted out but still nothing has been done.

Moses called me he advised me that I should communicate with NDS I tell him I did that already he gave me attitude, telling me that the settlement I got is from NDS not cellc and NDS don't work for cellc.
