Settled account

Hi,<br> <br> I settled my Cell C contract on the 07/03/2013 with an amount of R2243.38. Recently I've been getting calls from MBD Inc with regards to my cell c account. I then went to your Mall of the South branch to enquire about this account and they checked on their system and told me my account shows as closed (settled), on my credit profile there are now 2 cell c accounts, 1 is settled and the other is open with R1800 and odd rands. Please help me understand how I still owe you when I settled this account and discontinued using the number? I sent the exact email to your customer service and was told the legal department would get back to me in 2 business days and its been now over 14 days.<br>
