SERVICES SUSPENDED EVEN THOUGH ACC HAS BEEN PAID

This is the last time I am going to complain about my cellphone account to CELLC! CELL C's service is appalling and I can no longer do this, I am fed up ... for the past few months Cell c has been suspending my services irregadless of my account been paid upto date. I own my cellphone and my line was a prepaid number, Cellc offered me a data package which I pay monthly. This is daylight roberry, the issues they have in their accounts department with allocating payments should not be the consumers burden. All I want is my cellphone services reactivated instead they keep giving me the run around. Can some one please assist as I have no had enough.
