Services and Complaints department... Both useless
Put in a complaint on HelloPeter Saturday regarding the pathetic service from Cell C. Was called promptly on Monday by a lady saying that she will investigate and feedback by the end of the day... Its Wednesday and no follow-up call. Seems they've forgotten about this. Absolutely disgusting service from Cell C. Looks like i'll have to jump through hoops to get MY money back from this company.
