Service was great, up until recently

I am so furious and disgusted at the service I've received from Cell C. I paid the settlement amount on both my contracts over a year and a half ago, only to be debited again now for my "contract" that only expires in February. When speaking to the agents at the call center, they blatantly ignored the problem and hardly gave me a chance to talk.

Well done Cell C, you have officially lost another customer due to bad service and I will make sure that I never take out anything with you people again!
