Service Terrible

<p>I called into the call centre about 2 weeks ago to migrade my package, they advise me that somebody will contact me within 48 hours. Nobody called and i called in a few times to follow up. I missed one call from them and when i called back they said that they will phone me again and again nobody called me. After making numerous calls again and calling in today twice, they again advised me that somebody will call me within the hour, this happend twice today and both times nobody called me. please can you egt sombody to call me urgently.
