SERVICE SUSPENDED WHEN PAYMENT WAS MADE AND ARRANGEMENT MADE FOR OVERDUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been sent a bill for nearly R 10,000!! I sent back all the proof of payments to the accounts department and they have now suspended my service!!!!!!!! I arranged to have an arrears amount paid over 2 months (3 times over the phone this was arranged)! That amount is R 2,200.00 AND NOT R 10,000!!!! I cant actually believe that nobody came back to me on the proof of payments i sent, they just suspended my account????????? I am so sick and tired of Cell C. One talks to somebody over the phone and whatever is discussed SOMEHOW GETS LOST!!????? Its absolutely pointless sending any queries to the call centre as they NEVER get answered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have spoken to a few consultants and have mailed everybody I can think of. I still get a bill for R 9,733.43 (September).

I have now gone through my whole bank statement and cell c statements from 01 May until September. There are payments which I have made which you have not deducted.

TOTAL PAID 6,913.28 – Which you say you have not received??

My total unpaid as at 07 September 2021 is R 2,820.00 and NOT R 9,733.43 Please will you update your records with the payments made.

I made an arrangement to pay the above amount of R 2,820.00 over 2 months. I am not sure what happens when I speak to a consultant because this is NEVER made note of and nobody knows what I am talking about when I call again to confirm the arrangement?
