Service sucks which is costing on my end!

I sent an email in Nov 2022 asking for an arrangement till today I have not heard from you guys. How the hell do you expect me to contact you when you blocked my simcard? I have been making payments and you guys are still debiting charging me R70 and that's an old account. What must I do to get you people to call me because you don't respond to emails??
