Service Sucks..........................

Took out insurance with them last year, now that i want to claim they telling me i have to pay an access amount of R3000 as i only started paying 2017. after i inform them i took out the insurance when i bought the phone, they reduced it to R500. i was on the phone for almost an hour. I have to phone them everyday since last week as no one comes back to you and if you phone in you have to wait for up to an hour just to get feedback. The lady that was helping me didn't even have the decency to apologize for the bad service after i complained a few times she just keeps quiet and not helpful. When i ask her a questions, she just tells me, i dont know, not even let me try and find out. She also told me she wont be able to phone me back with feedback, i have to phone them. WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS?????????????? I haven't received such bad service from any company and i can assure you i will not recommend this insurance company to anyone and will definitely cancel my policy after this.
