Service Serice Service!!!

I called 082 140 and spoke to this guy named Anthony. I tell him that im with Vodacom and im tired with Vodacom and there expensive data and I want to move to Cell C. I tell him that I want to know what are your prices on Prepaid and Contract regarding Data and Voice calls. He decided to transfer me to the Delivery department and clearly he does not know what his doing. So my question is? Should I move to you guys will I get this stupid service?... I've been with Vodacom for more than 10years and im just tired with them. And this is the service that you guys are giving me on my 1st call to your call center.
