SERVICE QUERY
Hellopeter I lost my phone in October the first week, the phone was insured and I need to make a claim for it so I need 2 IMEI numbers for the lost phone it was a Samsung A14, I went to cell c a day after my phone got lost for 1 IMEI number which had to be blacklisted but it took them 2 whole weeks to assist me they kept referring me to the store and the store kept referring me to call customer service whereas I got an ITC number from another network provider in 2 minutes... My issue is cell c ended up assisting me but with the same IMEI number that was already blacklisted when I submitted the ITC to the insurance they told me it was wrong not the correct one, I then proceeded to call call c customer service with the hopes that they might be able to provide me with the correct ITC number but they never did apparently they still see the IMEI number that has already been blacklisted...
Hello Peter I need to get the second Imei number in order for me to claim the lost phone and cell c cannot help me, can you?

There's a guy from Three Rivers Mall(Rivers Square) cell c store who said he'd assist me and told me that I'd get the ITC number within 3 days but that took a whole week plus an addition of another week to process another request of an ITC number.
I urgently need to claim the lost phone because if it takes too long my claim will be declined and I cannot have that because I've been paying the insurance my money cannot go down the drain just because of an *********** company
It has been a whole month of struggling with cell c I'm worried it has been way too long now and the claim will be declined.
I urgently need an Imei number along with an ITC number in no longer than a week
I will continue escalating the matter until I'm assisted.

I got a call yesterday morning from cell c they sent me an email regarding an Imei number *** cell c blacklisted this imei number and my other network provider had already blacklisted the number, my question is how could you block a number that was already blocked...
I provided the consultant with a document that was given to me in the cell c store at River Square by a consultant named Wezi...
Cell c keeps stalling and my insurance claim is on the verge of declining my claim, I've been with cell c for a very long time and the disappointments were never expected cell c never delivers they are ******** towards their customers
