Service provider nigthmare
Cell C is the worst service provider. They never have network its always on Emergency calls only and you cannot even make phone calls to Cell C customer care to find out what the issue is. I will never recommend as a service provider that is reputable. Its pointless getting free minutes and all the "benefits" that they advertise if you cant make a simple call to any network including to other Cell C numbers as well.
