The level of incompetence in this company is ridiculous, I signed up for with them 2years ago and to my surprise I started paying 499,then boom out of nowhere it went up to 510 and now we're at 520. I called them because I wanted to cancel my contract two months earlier, the ******* consultant said I have to pay R1356.00 and as per agreement I paid the money but when my contact was supposed to be canceled today there is another 500.05 that I have to pay according to another stupid consultant called Refilwe.

I will never have any contract with Cell C. I am soooo fed up.
