Service Provider dishonesty and Madness

Cell C billing and accounts have to be the worst as they don't stick to the agreed upon amounts or debit order dates. If its not excess fees you paying its interest with them which makes no sense why they charge me interest on top of the agreed upon amount when I'm honoring my commitment monthly and haven't missed a payment to date, when queried they said my account was in areas (Again How?) The one thing that takes the biggest toll though is them taking money from my bank account as they wish and not honoring their end of the deal or what we agreed upon which is End of the Month! Never Ever in my life would I recommend a relative or friend or anymore I know as after of fact to go into agreement with cell c with anything, its a ridiculous company that corners its clients and will most probably never achieve half the achievements their rivals have to date because they a bunch of ******
