I had a contract with cell c since 2009. In 2022 I went to upgrade and was told I'm not legible for it and they canceled my contract with immediate effect. End of the month they debited my account. The next month again. So I had to stop the debits to go through as I had no contract with them anymore. Surprisingly they put me to their lawyers Shapiro a Sheik to collect R699. 00 from me as they claim I owe them. Now they say I was supposed to serve 3 months notice to cancel my contract with them. How so as they are the ones who canceled it with immediate effect at lebowakfomo branch. They call me about 4 to 5 times a day and I explain one thing over and over. I'm getting tired of their nonsense.
