Hi there, LOG CABIN 4 Month, day 5 July 2023 Official billing account up to date Services suspended Penalizing me for 2 months unsuffient funds taken unauthorized penalties accumulated on billing account not changed yet after new dates and EFT payment method arranged since 8th March vary from 2nd to the 6th of each month. 50 Emails, 30 reference numbers? Sms this morning...Sim card suspended and credit bureau feed services blocked Sim card until I pay their penalties trying to take 3 times in April and May?? Ridiculous...and fed up with Cell C being a valued client for 19 years now a blacklist heading my way. Who is too blame??????????

Its rhe penalties thats in arrears and escalating? So you want to tell me the EFT payments since 7th March, April, May and 2nd June not picked up by your collections, proof of payment departments from your Nedbank account ? Oh God help me

Hi there, i have made my payments since February 3rd, as per my official billing invoices. It was acknowledged...up until last month. Its rhe penalties thats in arrears and escalating? So you want to tell me the EFT payments since 7th March, April, May and 2nd June not picked up by your collections, proof of payment departments from your Nedbank account ? Oh God help me

I am up to date with my R255.45 contract...if this account is not sorted out this month as it should look like...dont expect a good client. My Sim still blocked. I will go to the Ombudsman with this matter. Tired of explaining, sending XL sheet recon, emails...

I have forward an updated Excel spreadsheet with my payments made since February 2023 to collections and customer care yesterday showing them again what caused their arrears and still accumulating on the billing invoice? . My contract is up to date with EFT payments until 5th July. Thank you for contacting me.
