Service of Cell C stinks

I phoned Cell C to upgrade they said my score is to low they send it to the VET dept and phone me back. No phone call up till today. I received the a phone call from Bryson who said my upgrade is been approved he done the whole upgrade with me. This is since the 3rd of April 2019 he said why will deliver the phoned via courier to my house. No delivery up till today the 18th of April. I spoke to the following people already in Cell C and can get any answers out of them. Nicole team lead, Bryson, Manape, Vanessa, *****ha, Michies, Mariaana and Gontse. So far the only one who try to help me is Gontse. I am a client of Cell C for the last 14 years I had enough I am going to all my contracts with them today. NEVER AGAIN WITH CELL C. They got 7 call centers and still you holding on for 45 min before they answer the phone and then you have to listen to the irritating music of them.
