Service not working

I am a Cell C customer. They are currently promoting a company called 'black'. Black is similar to Showmax or Netflix, where you can watch movies, etc. Every time you recharge on Cell C during December, you get massive data bonuses to use on black exclusively.

Problem is, the website won't load, and the app doesn't work. So I think it is a total waste of time.
