Service not cancelled

I'm being debited 279 for service not used after requesting for contract to be cancelled. I used 500Mb in December and got debited that amount. Pathetic. I'm currently paying 150 for having 2gb from telkom. Can't seem to understand why am I still being debited by cell c. I have been clear about my request and burned the simcard after the last request.
