SERVICE NON EXISTENT

Absolute pathetic customer service. I've been trying to get hold of someone to assist me to cancel my contract. I've been phoning customer service for 3 weeks, twice a day. As soon as they say that I'm going through to cancellations, the line gets cut off. If I dial the number provided, I don't even get an answer. This is absolutely pathetic - quick to help if it is sales, but assistance regarding cancellations are non existent.
