Service Non-existant

<p>For the last week I am trying to follow up on a claim. At least 3 times the phone rang for 30 min without being answered and then just disconnects. Spoke to a Cell C consultant who assured me that the number I phoned is the only one they have. Advised me to go in to a Cell C shop and ask for assistance. Dead end there too, not even they could get through. The phone in question has been handed in in January already and I have been paying insurance for 3 years. Very bad that no one even answers the phone!!!</p>
