Have a contract for the past 5 years average account R600 got inv for R1850 sms R1012 (2550 sms) my package allows me 200 sms monthly spoke to them twice Ref ********** 351 get an sms saying all sms for Feb 18 are valid - treat customers like robots no explanation on their investigation if ever they did one, Usage shows 290 calls made to a No if I dialled that Nbr 3 times in the past year it was too much either their system has a bug or Im being hacked Bye Bye Cell C your treatment of customers STINK

Hi I went to I Store they advised that their devices are free of bugs or hacking, also a hacker will not target sms's rather airtime and data - I suggest you re check your billing as I have been debited for the amount in question, else I will have no alternative but to take this up with the Ombudsman
