service keeps getting more and more disgusting

I reported my damaged handset at the call center on the 27th July 2015 and l was told someone will call within 7 days its been over a month that I still have never received any feedback.Whenever I call l get transferred from one person to another, this phone is getting worse by the day...I want a new handset and better service, I spent thousands on Cell C for over 6 years now!!!
