Service is rediculous

So I complained about not receiving any response from cellc for the last year. Then i receive a call and i get asked to prove that i have been querying my account for so long how does cell c systems work do you guys not make notes on the accounts when clients queries or disputes something. So i was forced to settle this account as it is affecting my credit rating. now all i asked was a settlement letter from cellc and guess what even this is taking forever. believe me I am not done with cellc it does not mean i have settled the account that this matter has been resolved i will post all my requests on every single social media and if I can this will be in the news papers as well
