Service is non existent

Cell C contacted me in late October / early November to renew my contract, I was told I would get the phone the following week, now over two months later I still don’t have it and they say stock will only arrive at the end of January! Their service has been terrible, they have promised to call me and never done so! Told me stock was arriving “next week” in Mid December! They are supposed to be a service provider in the cell phone industry yet they can’t supply with a cell phone!!
