Service is non existant and promises to call back dont come to fruition

<p>I called Cell C towards the end of last month as i received a sms stating that my fair usage of my whatsapp recurring bundle had been reached.</p> <p>The lady i dealt with said that she had to cancel the existing recurring whatsapp bundly in order to add a new one , which she did. However when she tried to load a new whatsapp bundly, it failed scoring. Oh my word!!!! It failed scoring for an amount of R7.50 . I have had numerous contracts with cellc over the last 15 years and have alwyas paid my accounts. I am a high user and pay vasts amounts to Cell C considering that their call rates and data usage rates are exhorbitant when considered that other african countries charge a fraction of what their south african counterparts charge. This i find disgusting to say the least. I am so sick and tired of Cell C and their incompetance. Well the lady told me that the accounts department people do not work over weekends so obviously they only offer limited service over weekends. She said that they would phone me back as she had logged a request. Well once again, it is now more than 2 weeks later and i have still not received a call to sort out this darned mess!!!!!</p>
