Service is absolutely unacceptable. Why do we pay for service delivery when services are not being delivered?

Do you guys even know the definition of customer service and service delivery. At this moment my internet connection with. CellC is worse than Loadshedding. It is so bad that I can not even send or receive whatsapp messages...

This is unacceptable for a service that I pay thousands of rands for a month.
