**** Service / Get me OUT / 2 hours and still no response 084 143

<p>Hi Cell C,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have given you guys numerous chances to provide me with one occurence off good service , its clear you guys dont value and respect your customers. I must be honest i wanted to remain with you guys because of the sheer ease of just not moving. I have had it with the bad service , it dont deserve this as a client paying for service. I have tried to upgrade last month ... this was not done sucessfully. This caused me nothing but stress. Your staff cannot do the jobs they are assigned. After trying to upgrade and that failed. I cancelled my contract due to the bad service and that nothing can be done right the first time. But even after multiple times today i tried to call in was getting your automatic ring tone for 2 hours ... and no answer still. Can someone just tell me when my last day is as i do not want to be apart of this brand any longer. This is totally unacceptable and its funny to me that no one in management even cares about whats happening on their floors.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is ridiculous. Just help me get out and i will be happy. </p>
